Delivery Policy

Delivery Costs

Specials for delivery fees will be advertised on the homepage and, unless otherwise stated, there will be a flat rate of 7.00 CHF for all standard domestic deliveries and 12.00 CHF for all express domestic deliveries. Please allow between 2 - 5 business days for standard delivery and 1-2 days express delivery after the dispatch of your item(s). Your package will be delivered Monday through Saturday. 

Please note:

  • Our Website does not have real time product quantities. We will advise if stock is not immediately available. Out of stock items can take further time. 

  • We use a non-signature required service as our standard service. This means that the courier will leave your package in a safe place and you do not have to been home to receive the package. Please note on your order comments or email us at if you prefer to sign on delivery. 

  • Please allow extra time during peak times e.g. Christmas, sales, promotions etc.

  • In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives back in stock.

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed and once your order has been dispatched, delays and lost parcels can occur. In the event of prolonged delays and non-delivery, please contact us. 

  • We reserve the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.

  • We reserve the right to increase delivery charges for larger orders. If so, we will contact you before shipping to confirm these charges. 

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return your unopened, unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original, unopened packaging and condition with your proof of purchase within 10 days of purchase for exchange or credit note. 

  • Please note your return postage cannot be reimbursed.

  • Please choose sale items carefully as there is no exchange or return for change of mind on sale items. 

Simply download, print and complete our Exchange & Returns Form. Send this back to us with your proof of purchase and returned items.
